Yes we are all getting itchy to get in garden. Here in Kansas having about the same weather. A buddy of mine got his seedless tomatoes planted a couple weeks ago. inside I am going to try some seedless tomatoes this year . He says they taste better. Nothing better than a good tomatoe, lettuce , ham or balogna sandwich.

Sounds like our NW Coastal Oregon weather. 2 wks of freezing followed by 20 days of rain... and no end of the rain in sight.

Except for peas, around March1, we usually don't get serious about planting til mid May... we are apt to get a bad freeze or even snow again the end of April, or worse, a bad hail storm that flattens everything.

So - going thru seed catalogs now and planning.
Working on the garden beds. Mid Feb will start some transplants in the house.

Still have swiss chard, carrots, kohlrabi, cabbage, kale, and celery hanging in there - so not going hungry :) Also plenty of squashes in the house and potatoes still. Even 2 tomatoes that just finally turned red on the counter. :)
